b. Advertisements and sponsor endorsements on this website are paid for by their respective parties. QuarantinedCon/Artfarm, LLC. is not responsible for content or statements found through sponsor or advertiser links.
c. Affiliates of QuarantinedCon/Artfarm, LLC. are painstakingly chosen for their quality and usefulness to our members, however, QuarantinedCon/Artfarm, LLC. is not responsible for content or statements found through affiliate links.
d. QuarantinedCon/Artfarm, LLC. is not responsible for content or statements made by its members. Please submit evidence of abuse or harassment to QuarantinedCon/Artfarm, LLC. through its contact methods.
e. QuarantinedCon/Artfarm, LLC. does not support the upload, storage, or distribution of content copyrighted by parties other than the original creators. QuarantinedCon/Artfarm, LLC. will aid copyright owners in removing copyrighted content from members who hold no rights to said content. f. QuarantinedCon/Artfarm, LLC. reserves the right to change/update these terms at any time. All members will be notified via email when changes/updates occur.
2. Patrons/Users:
a. Patrons will not engage in abuse or harassment of any member of Artfarm LLC.'s community. Negative conduct is subject to immediate account termination. Patrons may submit appeals through QuarantinedCon/Artfarm, LLC.'s contact methods.
b. Video recording and reposting is not allowed and will result in account termination and potential legal action.
c. QuarantinedCon/Artfarm, LLC. does not allow artists to upload images that may be adult in nature. Please report explicit or pornographic images through QuarantinedCon/Artfarm, LLC.'s contact methods.
d. All payments on this website are conducted through Stripe and subject to their terms and conditions as well as consumer protections.
e. All print orders are fulfilled through Angry Ogre Games print services. QuarantinedCon/Artfarm, LLC. is not responsible for errors or timeliness in orders but will assist patrons in correcting any mistakes made.
f. All sales are final.
3. Artists/Vendors:
a. All artist content (images, writing, etc.) uploaded to QuarantinedCon/Artfarm, LLC.'s server is owned by their respective artists and are protected by copyright pursuant to title 17 of the United States Code. QuarantinedCon/Artfarm, LLC. will aid with any violations of ownership stemming from this website through DMCA action.
b.Artists/Vendors/Exhibitors/Contributors will not engage in abuse or harassment of any member of QuarantinedCon/Artfarm, LLC.'s community. Negative conduct is subject to immediate account termination.Artists/Vendors/Exhibitors/Contributors may submit appeals through QuarantinedCon/Artfarm, LLC.'s contact methods.
c. QuarantinedCon/Artfarm, LLC. allows artists the use of a live video streaming service that also connects to YouTube for further artist monetization ability.Artists/Vendors/Exhibitors/Contributors are subject to YouTube's upload terms and conditions when streaming content. Because of this, QuarantinedCon/Artfarm, LLC. does not allow anything YouTube does not allow on its streams.
d. Videos streamed through QuarantinedCon/ArtFarm, LLC. may be used for the purposes of promotion and review by QuarantinedCon/ArtFarm, LLC.
e. Artists/Vendors/Exhibitors/Contributors may upload original works only. Content subject to copyright by any other party is subject to removal.
f. Artists/Vendors/Exhibitors/Contributors may not upload images that are of an adult nature. Payment processors will not allow nudity to be paid for through their systems, so ArtFarm, LLC. must abide by those rules... for now. We are not fans of this policy and are working toward finding a solution to better serve ALL of our artists. QuarantinedCon/Artfarm, LLC. reserves the right to remove said content. Please contact our Artist Services department using the contact form below if you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy or if any particular piece of art would be allowed.
g. QuarantinedCon/Artfarm, LLC. down-samples all uploaded images for site presentation and stores the original high-resolution images elsewhere for the artists' protection.
h. All transactions initiated through use of this website shall remain on this website. Any evidence of circumvention to complete transactions through outside methods will result in account termination. This includes listing links to other websites on profiles, chats, etc. Artists/Vendors/Exhibitors/Contributors may submit appeals through QuarantinedCon/Artfarm, LLC.'s contact methods.
i. ArtFarm, LLC. collects 15% of all transactions in order to maintain operations.
j. While QuarantinedCon/Artfarm, LLC. aids in the printing and delivery of all artists' prints, artists are responsible for correct and timely shipments of all original works to patrons. QuarantinedCon/Artfarm, LLC. is not responsible for mistakes made by artists and will aid patrons in appropriate recourse.
k. All sales are final.
4. Event Promoters and Sponsors:
a. All ad content will be stored on QuarantinedCon/Artfarm, LLC.'s server to avoid broken links or content changes.
b. QuarantinedCon/Artfarm, LLC. does not allow profanity or sexually explicit ad imagery.
c. All ads are subject to approval and may be withdrawn at any time QuarantinedCon/Artfarm, LLC. wishes to terminate relationships.
